We provide a FULL money back guarantee for live arrival of all livestock orders. This includes shipping costs! You must be available to receive your livestock order on the first delivery attempt for live arrival guarantee to apply. Beyond that, due to the nature of the hobby and conditions outside of our control there are no further guarantees on livestock purchased online. In the instance of a DOA (dead on arrival) we require photo documentation of the dead fish in the bag. All of our saltwater fish (unless noted) have gone through our 28 day in-house quarantine procedure.
