We firmly believe that well-informed aquarists make the best customers. If you have a question as a beginner or an expert, just ask. We’ll try to answer from our years of experience – or help you look it up.
We will test your aquarium water for the Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, pH, hardness and specific gravity at no charge. We also provide detailed water testing with higher accuracy (one full cup of water needed) for Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, Phosphate, Phosphorous, Calcium, Alkalinity, Magnesium, and pH for a small service fee.
We accept trade-ins on most healthy fish for in-store credit. We typically ask our customers to bring in trade in fish during weekdays/nights. We always accept donations and can help with rehoming for most fish. If you are a local fish breeder and wish to sell fish to the store please contact our Freshwater Manager.
Even we can’t stock everything. But if we don’t have it, we’ll try our best to get it.
