After over 55 years of business, our experts have learned a thing or two. We have personally experienced many of the same problems you have run into; we are hobbyists ourselves. We know it can be hard to educate yourself online, and the majority of the time it seems to wildly contradict itself. How is one supposed to obtain reliable and or consistent information?

25% of our staff have over 10 years of working experience, and our newer staff is thoroughly trained and learning rapidly every day. We know how valuable accurate and thorough information is. When we don’t have all the answers, we will consult with our colleagues and other resources to help ensure that we are keeping you on the right path. We know that it’s best for you and your livestock to have the correct information, even when at times it is not what you want to hear. This is a living and breathing hobby and as such, can have an array of outcomes. We do our best to help eliminate any “stupid mistakes” and make sure to help prevent them in the future.
